The subject of the modification requested concerning the Cosmo-Planetary Messiah Statue had three headings that were filled in :

a) The modification in the height

The initial height was 0 meters, there was no statue yet;
The final height was 22 meters (without the crown) and 25 meters (including the crown); there was a statue.

b) Destination of the premises

Before : " The Temple of Widsom"
After : "A small Temple inside the Cosmo-Planetary Messiah Statue"

c) The outside appearence of the modification

"A painted statue in armed concrete"; the modifiaction concerns the construction of the Cosmo-Planetary Messiah Statue inside there is a Temple. The plans of the statue were attached to the print.

The DDE returned to the Castellane's City Hall which in turn sent it to us, the print bearing the new permit number 90 000 39; this means that it considered the 4 construction permits as being 4 new permits (including the Cosmo-Planetary Messiah Statue) and not 4 modifying permits.

We received a tacit permit N° 039 90 000 39, on April 24, 1990 setting the limit date for the reception of the final permit as being July 12, 1990.

That means that if we were not to receive any other papers before July 12, 1990, then the permits were accepted.

4) On July 11, 1990, we received a construction permit for 4 Temples. In the description the DDE did not precise the Cosmo-Planetary Messiah Statue but it was not important since there was a notification written a the bottom of the page :

"the construction permit is authorised for the project described here in above referred to" (free translation)

and at the top

"Request for a construction permit for 4 Temples" (free translation)

A certificate of conformity has been delivered on March 10, 1992 concerning file N° 039 90 000 39 , for the 4 Temples.
