The time has come to prepare the future
By the great synthesis.
A group with a universal vocation
Appearing on the soil of one of the western countries
Cannot wave the flag of one single religious movement.
It must neither be Tibetan nor Hinduist nor Buddhist.
Nothing prevents it from drawing from all these sources
In order to prepare a free future,
Rid of all the limitations of schools and parochialism.
The only religion which is worth
Dedicating all one’s efforts
Is that of Love purified of possessivity.
Unless one real universal Religion
Which includes the basic elements
Of all the religions existing on Earth
Comes into being, and carries along in the same flight
Man’s heart and his turbulent mind
A revolution must be operated in people’s consciousness
With the following slogans :
To improve oneself in order to make society better
To burn out selfishness in order to further social harmony
To develop the feeling of Unity
This makes possible
The attainment of real Happiness in this lifetime”.
