His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH - S.M. HAMSANANDA - is
the Patriarch Founder of the Aumist Religion. He presently
lives in the Holy City of Mandarom Shambhasalem which He has founded and
directed and He is also the Great Master of the Order of the Knights of
the Triumphant Vajra.

A MAN OF SYNTHESIS
A UNIVERSALIST MIND
AT THE SCALE OF THE NEW ERA
|
Born into a traditional french family, Lord HAMSAH MANARAH
has been, early in life, strongly attracted to mysticism and the occult
sciences. He studied law, philosophy, economics and medicine, in
that order, while spending His nights on esoteric research. This
thoroughgoing esoteric work familiarized Him with all the traditions of
the West. Initiated into the Kabbalah and alchemy, He has also been
an assiduous member of several secret societies (Freemasons, Rosicrucians,
Martinist Lodges, Knights of the Holy Grail, and so on), in which He has
sometimes held important positions.
| .After several trips to the Holy Land and other parts
of the Middle East, He went to India where He stayed with the late
great Sage Swami Sivananda who initiated Him as a Sannyasin (Renouncer
devoted to God) on the 13th of February 1961 at Rishikesh in the Himalayas,
and named Him HAMSANANDA SARASVATI. With this initiation
He became a member of the spiritual lineage of the SARASVATI,
an ascetic order created by Shankara in the 7th century, but whose
origin is lost in the mists of time. |

Throughout His different journeys, His Holiness The
Lord HAMSAH MANARAH was initiated into Jainism, into Sufism
by Pir Das Kishan, into different branches of Hinduism, into Buddhism
(small and large vehicles) into Tibetan Vajrayana, into Japanese Shingon
by the Doshi, into Javanese Yoga and into some African religions.

In 1971, in the Mandarom, Shri Yogeshwarananda gave Him
the Title of SHRI 108 MAHARAJ RAJ YOGA ACHARYA.

During a visit to the Mandarom, in 1977, His Holiness the
XVIth Karmapa called Him KARMA TENSING DORJE. Several Lamas acknowledged
Him as a Mahasiddha or Perfectly Accomplished Being.

| The Titles of Acharya and Mahacharya (an instructor
who teaches what he has personally accomplished) were given to Him on
several occasions by Jain and Hinduist Masters. One of the Jain
instructors, Jain Muni Shri Chandra Prabha Sagar, called by his friends
CHITTRABHANU gave His Holiness the title of ADINATH (First Master)
an unprecendented event for a westerner as this title is reserved to a
few rare self-realized beings who are considered as Divine Incarnations. |
The proof of a Spiritual Master’s authenticity is
His affiliation to a lineage or “Initiatic Chain” through which knowledge
is handed down from master to disciple without interruption. As
an heir of the main spiritual lineages of East and West, His Holiness
The Lord HAMSAH MANARAH finds Himself at the crossroads of traditions,
of which He is a living synthesis. This unique experience makes
Him a PURNA YOGI or “Accomplished Master”, qualified to
bestow initiations into various paths and to guide people on the basis
of their original religions and in accordance with their own tendencies
and aspirations.
| Reviving the traditions of the Christian Fathers of the Desert or
of the great Tibetan yogis such as Milarepa, His Holiness The Lord
HAMSAH MANARAH spent the harsh winter of 1962-63 in a remote cave
in the Vaucluse (Southeastern France) where He committed Himself to
the strict spiritual practices of day-and-night prayer and meditation.
His secret wish was to continue this life of solitude and silence
indefinitely, but the needs of the many souls longing for light compelled
Him to come away from His retreat.
Only a short distance from His beloved cave, a small farm became
His first Ashram. In this place, He experienced the awakening
of the Kundalini and the Mystic Fusion with God. Those superior
states of consciousness called “Nirvikalpa Samadhi” make Him a Total
Incarnation of the Almighty Loving God.

In 1969, to face up to the constantly increasing number
of disciples, His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH created a new ashram in the
Alps of Haute-Provence, the present location of the Holy City of Mandarom
Shambhasalem, world headquarters of the Aumist Religion.
His Holiness The Lord HAMSAH MANARAH has founded several
other Spiritual Centers over the years. He is now the “MAHANT”
(Superior) of many monasteries in France and elsewhere in the world.
This has given Him reliable experience in spiritual leadership and in
human psychology.

His Holiness Lord HAMSAH MANARAH’s exceptional radiance
and the ecumenical dimension of His thought and of His teachings have atttracted
to Him not only many disciples, but also masters, from all directions; great
Lamas and Tibetan religious leaders, yogis, directors of Hindu and Japanese
monasteries, priests and bishops have come to visit Him in the Holy City
of Mandarom Shambhasalem.
In 1990, His Holiness The Lord HAMSAH MANARAH revealed Himself
to the world as the COSMOPLANETARY MESSIAH OF SYNTHESIS.
The MESSIAH is coming back for all traditions as stated in all the Sacred
Texts.
His Holiness The Lord HAMSAH MANARAH is the First HIEROKARANTINE,
the Instigator of the Pyramid Temple of Unity.
His life has been a constant spiritual battle, His
Holiness The Lord HAMSAH MANARAH devoted Himself selflessly to the service
of mankind. He worked and prayed without respite for peace in the
world, for the spiritual evolution of all beings, for the Unity among
all people and religions, for the increasing forces of Love, thus restoring
the Golden Age of Unity.

Aumism is an authentic Religion and, as such, has
- a Founder and Spiritual Leader;
- its Sacred Books;
- its Dogma;
- its Sacraments and its Cult;
- its Church with bishops, priests (male and
female) and congregation.
It is the Religion of the Unity of the Faces of God and
its basic prayer is the Aum Sound.
There are thousands of Aumists, in France, and all over
the world.
